French Prime Minister Manuel Valls said Thursday morning that he’s not ruling out the possibility of a chemical attack by terrorists in the country. “We must not rule anything out,” Valls said. “I say it with all the precautions needed. But we know and bear in mind that there is also a risk of chemical or bacteriological weapons.” Valls also presented a bill to France’s parliament Thursday to extend the nation’s state of emergency by three months. U.S. and Iraqi intelligence confirmed on Thursday that they believe a branch of ISIS is seeking to produce chemical weapons.
